KDE Kiosk - Battening Down the Hatches
======================================

   The KDE Kiosk is a framework that has been built into KDE since
version 3. It allows administrators [http://www.kde.org/areas/sysadmin/]
to create a secure and controlled environment for their users by
customising and locking almost any aspect of the desktop. It is an
essential element for deploying KDE in the enterprise environment. Barry
O'Donovan [http://www.barryodonovan.com/] has written an article
[http://enterprise.kde.org/articles/kiosk-lp.php] (to appear in the June
edition of Linux+ [http://www.lpmagazine.org/]) which outlines the
features of the Kiosk framework and gives some examples for implementing
it.
