The KDE Patchset Collection has been rebased on top of Qt 5.15.19

v5.15.19-lts-lgpl is Qt 5.15.19 as released by The Qt Company.

The KDE Patchset Collection has some patches on top of v5.15.19-lts-lgpl, it's 
available on the kde/5.15 branch.
