QtKeychain for Plasma 6.7 plasma-nm

Hi all,
in Plasma 6.7 there has been a mistake in the required version of
QtKeychain for plasma-nm.
It requires 0.15.0, but 0.16.0 includes a needed data migration
feature, the lack of it causes

Is it possible/how many distributions could actually bump the
QtKeychain version they ship?

We could also include on plasma-nm side a wonky migration script to
work around that, but would probably be a bit less reliable.
