State of Qt5 in distributions

Qt5, together with the handful of leftovers still using it, is masked for 
removal in Gentoo after a long process[1] of informing/helping/gently pushing 
upstreams to port. We're employing snapshots where releases failed to 
materialise yet. Planned removal date is 2026-06-30 which can be postponed but 
seems unlikely.
