QtKeychain for Plasma 6.7 plasma-nm

so the problem right now seems mostly impacting people updating to Plasma 6.7 
from extra repositories on non rolling distros.

The main report we have is someone reporting the problem with Fedora 44 (i see 
there rawhide is fine)
and i guess a similar problem would be from Kubuntu 26.04 + some ppa (26.10 
has already updated as well)

@Neal (or any Fedora packager), I see in https://repology.org/project/plasma-nm/versions that fedora 44 does provide palsma-nm 6.7.1 as an update. Can 
QtKeychain be updated as well?
