Backport important crash fix for KWin

Hi,

I recommend distributions to backport
https://invent.kde.org/plasma/kwin/-/commit/e652bdd3118fa55563caf0125deb0999f5ebd503
to Plasma 6.3 deployments. It'll be included in next week's 6.3.3
release as well, but I consider it more urgent as it fixes a crash
that a lot of people with multi monitor setups experience - it's the
second most common crash of all Plasma versions currently.
