Backport qtwayland patch

Hi,

We would like to ask distros to backport a qtwayland patch that fixes a 
bug where applet popups don't appear when clicking their icons in the 
panel. It's a 6.9 regression. This issue had been noticed and fixed by 
us. Unfortunately, it was done quite late and we couldn't get the fix in 
the 6.9.0 release, and 6.9.1 is still quite far away.

The issue is moderately easy to reproduce. In my case, applet popups 
don't show up after every 4th or 5th click.
