Qt 6.7.3 Recommended Backport

If you are on Qt 6.7.3 I recommend that you backport 
8971dc7ab9713d8f36b414881b411b431aec2112 to your qtdeclarative package 
in order to fix a 6.7.3 regression where kcm_pulseaudio won't render the 
first time you load it (see KDE Bug 493266 
<https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=493266>). This is not necessary 
for Qt 6.8.0.
