Consider cherry-picking this KNS fix

Hello distro folks!

An important fix was made to the KNewStuff dialog for Frameworks 6.1. 
Unfortunately that's scheduled for release in over a month. I'd really 
appreciate if you could consider patching your knewstuff packages with 
https://invent.kde.org/frameworks/knewstuff/-/commit/49f2037ac22fcb430fadd5d7b29bd8af234573a4 
so that users get the fix faster and we (maybe you as well?) stop 
getting duplicate bug reports about it.
