Backport opportunity for Ksvg

Hello folks!

Allow me to draw your attention to 
https://invent.kde.org/frameworks/ksvg/-/commit/74f9f9cbd226407f8cde08c5cd5a711444e2775d. 
This fixes https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=488295, which is a 
significant visually obvious papercut in Plasma.

For those of you who are shipping Plasma 6.1 already, it would be 
awesome if you could backport that commit to ensure that users get the 
fix ASAP and don't blame it on Plasma.
