Backport opportunity in KIO to fix 490183

Hello folks,

Frameworks 6.4 included a nasty regression in Dolphin; see 
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=490183. This is now fixed with 
https://invent.kde.org/frameworks/kio/-/commit/e0ea91afdf0dccef7e3afbf23a159bf5a8d6b249 
in Frameworks 6.5, but that'll be released in a month. So those of you 
shipping 6.4 already may want to backport the patch now.
