Distribution patches for XSIMD library used by Krita

Dear distribution maintainers,
I wanted to let you know that the latest version of XSIMD library (XSIMD13)
has two minor issues that Krita has to workaround locally. It would be nice
if you could backport these two patches to distribution packages internally:
1) Build fix. Krita has a workaround so it can build without that fix,
though there will be a minor limitation in functionality (it will not list
supported architectures in the log file, nothing critical):
https://github.com/xtensor-stack/xsimd/commit/80a59235e3ffa51659aaa06f002bfd088b77023c
2) Fix a crash with CPU vulnerabilities mitigations enabled (the bug
happens on older CPUs without microcode update and mitigations enabled by
the user):
https://github.com/xtensor-stack/xsimd/commit/96edf0340492fa9c080f5182b38358ca85baef5e
Both patches were upstreamed and accepted by the XSIMD developers, so, I
guess it should be okay to backport them security-wise.
PS:
This message is a follow-up of this Krita bugreport:
