Okular 24.02 rc1 broken; fix available; sorry

Hi

So I managed to break Okular a few days before RC1 tagging;
unfortunately it was hard to notice on developer systems for various
reasons, and thus it slipped into the release.

A broken okular reports on startup:

"kf.coreaddons: "Could not find plugin okularpart"

and fails to do anything further.

Please add a patch to your distribution's Okular to fix it.
