PAM configuration changes needed for new KScreenLocker feature in Plasma 6

Hello distro packagers!

This is a heads-up about required PAM config file changes to support a 
recently merged Plasma 6 feature to let the lock screen use both 
password and fingerprint/smartcard/etc. authentication methods 
simultaneously.

This has been documented at
