How many of you are still shipping OpenSSL 1.1 with Qt 5.15?

Leap 15 uses OpenSSL 1.1 as default, but OpenSSL 3 is available meanwhile.
Leap 15.6 is not released yet and we'd probably submit the latest state of the
patch collection for release. Would switching Qt from 1.1 to 3 break ABI/API?
If not, we could probably switch Qt 5 in 15.6 to use OpenSSL 3.
