kio-extras and the KF5/KF6 period

I also think it is better from a distro POV. Most distros don't allow
multiple versions of the same "thing" to be installed at the same time, so
it has to be two different "things".

so thing_1.0 and thing_2.0 cannot be coinstalled, but if one renames
at least one of them, then it is two different "things".
