Binary incompatible change in private API in latest qtbase patch

https://invent.kde.org/qt/qt/qtbase/-/merge_requests/197 introduces a binary 
incompatible patch in private API in qtbase.

You'll need to rebuild anything that uses the QPlatformServices class (or 
class that inherit from it like QGenericUnixServices), as far as i know it's 
qtwayland, kwin and [for some weird reason] calibre, there may be more.
