Another Plasma backport (this one more important)

Hello packagers,
A regression crept into Frameworks 5.94 that required Plasma changes to 
fix. This has now been fixed with 
https://invent.kde.org/plasma/plasma-workspace/commit/f77b7284e39b14b0e9a8b4d2b77c0b93b2c9ea59.

However that'll be in Plasma 5.24.6, so it would be nice if you folks 
could backport that commit to your 5.24.5 packages so users don't have 
to wait two months for it.
