All currently supported versions (4.3, rolling, cooker) have the fixes. There's probably still a few people using 4.2 (which is end-of-life, but we don't do a Microsoft-ish "we will now disable your system until you update" thing).
Probably not worth releasing an update package with maybe 150 users and shrinking?
