frameworks-integration backport request

Hello folks,
Those of you who have shipped Frameworks 5.90 may want to consider 
backporting 
https://invent.kde.org/frameworks/frameworkintegration/commit/675802e706a737c008aa74600ac804b06db52140. 
This fixes a regression in 5.90 that broke downloading KNewStuff items 
with dependencies.
