Backporting of Discover/KNS fixes

Hi Ben,

my OBS builds for Debian (this are NOT the official Debian packages)
contains frameworks 5.91 and plasma 5.24.1. I looked through all
the commits you linked and it is mostly ok:

All the above are as far as I see included already in 5.91/5.24.1

Most parts are already included in 5.24.1, only the change to
	void UnattendedUpdates::checkNewState
does not apply. I can hack something together, but don't want to do
this.

Does not apply, not the least. Surrounding code is different.


Do you have commits targeting 5.24.1 for these, or should I simply wait
for 5.24.2 (just around the door)?
