Backporting of Discover/KNS fixes

Alpine Linux edge ships Plasma 5.24.1 already and the patches seem to already 
be in KF 5.91.0. Alpine Linux 3.15 (last stable) has the mentioned patches 
applied.

So, acknowledged.
