Requiring libdrn 2.4.112 will keep us from shipping KDE Plasma 5.26 to
Fedora 36 and RHEL/CentOS 9.

As of right now, CentOS Stream 9 is at 2.4.111 for RHEL 9.1.

Fedora 36 is still at 2.4.110 and is unlikely to be upgraded.
