Backporting of Discover/KNS fixes

Adélie is still in the process of recovering builder availability, but as mitigating factors:

- We have never shipped Discover
- Frameworks 5.92 is pending merge request
- We have queued update to the latest LTS 5.24.1 as soon as we are able to build packages again
