KNewHotStuff urgent backport request

Due to a stupid error (mine) in commit[1], a class constructor in KNewHotStuff is wrongly 
initialized, which could cause crashes.

The issue was spotted and fixed by Albert Astals Cid in [2], please backport the fix.
