Hello distros!

Those of you shipping Plasma 5.23 may wish to consider backporting 
https://invent.kde.org/plasma/plasma-workspace/-/commit/d5a3e749a30613294f41386180aaf31dfb1a9bee 
now so users don't have to wait a week for it. It fixes a critical 
regression in the login screen's Other..." page.

This time I can confirm that it cherry-picks cleanly. :)
