Kate is now a default favorite app

Hello distro packagers!

In Plasma 5.24, KWrite will be one of the default "favorite" apps in 
Kicker and Kickoff, replacing Kate.

If your distro is intended to be a more beginner-friendly one, I would 
recommend making sure you ship KWrite by default, in addition to or 
instead of Kate.

If your distro is more geared towards programmers, you may want to keep 
Kate as the default, which can be done by reverting
