sorry for the late reply, i was off for camping during the Golden Week
in Japan.

No need anymore. I was told the the key used for older releases (<< 1.2.1)
is the same as for 1.3, so I could recreate it. 1.3 is already in Debian
(experimental, since unstable is in freeze prior to release).
