I would prefer if we didn't do release announcements here, this list is to "improve the collaboration between KDE and the distributions that ship our software".

In my opinion release announcements go to either to https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/kde-announce-apps or to https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/kde-announce
