Recommended patch for breeze-icons 5.89

I'm not so knowledgeable about CMake; could you comment in 
https://invent.kde.org/frameworks/breeze-icons/-/merge_requests/191? 
Maybe some of the CMake experts will weigh in and find a way to do the 
same thing that's compatible with older CMake versions.
