Recommended patch for breeze-icons 5.89

Ah, I had that issue too, which went away after upgrading my CMake 
version. I guess it was a CMake version incompatibility issue after all. :/

Since this is in master, I guess we implicitly depend on a newer version 
now. Do we have an official policy on CMake compatibility for Frameworks?
