Please delay shipping Plasma 5.18.7

Hello distro packagers!

Those of you who are considering shipping Plasma 5.18.7 may want to hold 
off for a little while as a critical bug that breaks the lock screen has 
been identified: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=435233

I have submitted a fix which is currently under review: 
https://invent.kde.org/plasma/plasma-workspace/-/merge_requests/768

In the meantime, you probably want to avoid shipping Plasma 5.18.7 and 
instead wait for the fix to be integrated.
