Hello friendly distro packagers!

We are getting multiple user reports that widgets and system tray popups 
are missing their distinct header areas when using the Breeze Dark 
Plasma theme: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=426537

The code looks sane in the source tree, and it works for me on my setup. 
Is there any chance that the change of a symlink with a file could have 
caused packaging issues?
