Patches to make kdeconnect ioslave work with Dolphin

Hello, brave distro packagers.

Due to a change in kdeconnect ioslave (changed it's KProtocol Class to ":local"), it stopped working 
with Dolphin, i.e. accessing a device from kdeconnect:// wouldn't work.

This issue has been fixed in KIO, but the patches didn't make it to the 5.74 release, you may want 
to apply:

note that both diffs are needed (the second one prevents a crash in debug builds as the code would 
hit an assert otherwise).
