KBookmarks-5.69 recommended patch

Hello. Due to a recent refactoring in KBookmarks, the 5.69 release has an issue with adding certain 
actions to the KActionCollection of the calling app (when creating a KBookmarksMenu), this issue has 
since been fixed[1]; it is IMHO prudent/safer to patch 5.69 with that fix.
