Hello friendly distributors!

Those of you who have just shipped Plasma 5.19 may want to consider 
cherry-picking 
https://invent.kde.org/frameworks/plasma-framework/-/commit/5be495b4d7bdeb6797d483980f3ca273e56b0a19 
into your plasma-frameworks package. The commit fixes a visual glitch 
that prevents the new header appearance from working when using the 
Breeze Dark plasma theme. You may want to consider shipping a hotfix, 
since there are no Frameworks bugfix releases and the next release is in 
a month.
