Please update libvncserver with a patch

The PR does not apply to 0.9.12 as
https://github.com/LibVNC/libvncserver/commit/d0a76539835d11c0f4723499f8be4bc9c7724eb9
is not part of it. Is vanilla 0.9.12 not affected or are both commits needed?
I assume the latter is the case.
