Fonts KCM in Plasma LTS 5.18

Hello. Due to how KConfig >= 5.68 deals with font settings (it drops the sytleName QFont property 
when for "Regular"-like font styles when the settings so that setBold(true) can work properly), 
invoking the font selection dialog from the fonts KCM in Plasma 5.18 could lead to the wrong style 
getting selected in the dialog (QFontDialog in 5.18), the issue was reported in [1] and has been 
fixed in 5.18 branch with [2]. Since this is an LTS release of Plasma, you may want to include that 
commit.

Note that the issue should be non-existent in the master branch as the fonts KCM has been switched 
to use KFontChooserDialog (which has that logic built-in among other features).
