Crash in Plasma Notifications (before 5.16) with newer Qt

Hi everyone,

there's been a change in Qt ListView [1] in all recent Qt updates 
(5.12.5, 5.13.1, 5.14, dev) which causes Plasma's old (i.e. the one 
before Plasma 5.16) to crash when receiving a notification. See also [2].

When you're shipping a Plasma version before 5.16 (most notably Plasma 
5.12 LTS) you might want to consider including the following commit to 
plasma-workspace before upgrading your Qt version.
