Special distribution access is obtained by filing a Sysadmin request.
In this request you'll need to include details regarding your
distribution including a list of those who are on the KDE packaging
team, a brief history of your distribution and links to it's web
presence. Should none of your team have a KDE developer account you
should also attach the SSH Public Keys of one or more of your
packagers to the ticket. It is not permitted to share keys between
members of the team.

Your request should be made from an Identity account which has an
email address from your distributions' domain in order to authenticate
and verify that this request is being made officially on behalf of
your distribution.

Once the request is received Sysadmin will then assess the request,
and provide you with access to both pre-release packages as well as
invite you into the early access security disclosures list.
