KDE PIM Dependency check

Hi packagers,
in current git master, and starting with Applications 18.04 release we moved
some plugins that were part of kdepim-runtime package into akonadi-contacts,
akonadi-calendars, akonadi-mime and kalarmcal packages. Those plugins are
absolutely crucial for the whole KDE PIM thing to work.
If you split plugins into separate packages from the libraries, please make
sure that the plugins are always installed when the library is installed. If
you ship the whole tarball as a single package, you don't need to do anything.
There shouldn't be any need to adjust other dependencies since Kontact/KMail/
KOrganizer/... already depend on the respective akonadi-* libraries, so they
will pull in the plugins as well.
Thank you
Dan
