What's new in Plasma 5.12 LTS?

Since Leap is upgrading from Plasma 5.8 LTS, you should be able to also 
include all the new features from Plasma 5.9, 5.10, and 5.11 as well, right?

There are quite a lot of those listed under "What’s New Since Plasma 5.8 
LTS" at https://www.kde.org/announcements/plasma-5.12.0.php
