Plasma 5.11 beta->final release dependencies change

We have a policy to not change dependencies after the freeze, but
unfortuantely we need to make one change for an important bugfix.

The repo plasma-integration will now depend on the C++ library of
QtQuickControls2.

QQC2 was already an implicit dependency in other areas of Plasma so this
should not be an issue.
