Need help to bring Plasma into GuixSD

Hello,

I'm working on bringing Plasma int GuixSD [1], the distribution build on
top of the guix package manager [2].

I'm looking for somebody co-fixing the missing bits and peaces.

Guix already provides KF5 in the main distribution and I finished
packaging all Plasma 5.10.4 packages in stable/plasma [5]. Most of the
tests pass. Now when I try to run a plasma-session in a virtual machine,
I get several errors which most probably somebody knowing KDE/Plasma in
more detail can debug quickly.

The setup and use of guix is really easy: You can install guix alongside
with your distribution without any interference within a few minutes
[4]. Later it can be removed again by simply deleting a few files and
directories. Creating a virtual-machine (using qemu) is a mater of
passing a single command (and wait some time for building, of course).
No need to setup some development-tools, no need to pollute you system.
If necessary, I will provide all required information.

I'd appreciate if somebody of KDE's fame would help fixing this. We
could coordinate via email off-list, irc or by other means.

I'm looking forward hearing from you :-)
