Anecdotally, QtSpeech 5.8 could be installed on Debian testing on top of Qt 
5.7.1 (and I suspect that the version 5.9 may do as well). But if you plan two 
look at Qt 5.9 in the next weeks, it's probably better to fix 5.9.
