Qt 5.10.0 patch needed for Choqok

Hi everyone,

current Choqok in git requires a patch when it runs with Qt 5.10.0
(see https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-65422).

I hope to release a new Choqok version for the end of the month, so
please patch your Qt if possibile.
