Fwd: DrKonqi

DrKonqi is a new repo (and from a distro perspective, a new tarball),
creatively called drkonqi.

Master is now there and it will be released with Plasma 5.11, the next
major Plasma release and then continuing with the Plasma releases.

It is still in the 5.8, 5.10 branches of plasma-workspace, and will remain
there for future 5.8.x, 5.10.x releases.
