critical bugfix in KPackage 5.28

Hi all,
in fix of bug https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=372594 (and some similar, 
non reported issues) a fix has been done in KPackage in
http://commits.kde.org/kpackage/e7861d979c71815a614f2baf0b3d25f329fadef0

this patch should be used in distributions that are encountering that problem.
David, can you spin a kpackage 5.28.1 tarball with said commit?
