Plasma-nm + NetworkManager 1.2.0

Hi,

in case your distribution ships NetworkManager in version 1.2.0 (Kubuntu, 
Fedora, Archlinux), then you might be interested in backporting related 
patches from networkmanager-qt and plasma-nm to avoid bugs 362911 and 362141.

>From networkmanager-qt you either have to update to version 5.21 or backport 
following patches:
