kwalletmanager5 cannot access kwallet4 kwl files

Yes.

Still it will allow the user to store new passwords into an obsoleted wallet, 
basically leaving the user with two wallets. Also offering re-migration is not 
really a solution since it would overwrite the new passwords in kwalletd.

So this still needs some explaination to the users, otherwise you just 
postpone the "hey, where are my passwords gone?" questions to a later time.

So I come up with a sixth option

6) Disable write accesses into kwallet4. I do think meanwhile that this option 
has quite something for it. It would send a clear message to the user about 
the actual state of this.
